Research/Scholarship:
Dr. Brandt’s research includes methods for supporting spine and rib cage function across clinical populations, including the use of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy for individuals with cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders, and neuromuscular re-education combined with manual therapy in individuals with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Brandt also has an interest in researching the collaboration between Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists and fitness professionals to promote inclusion and long-term physical function for individuals across the lifespan with orthopedic conditions.
