Biography:
Dr. Krauss is a Professor in the School of Health Sciences at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. He completed his Baccalaureate of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 at Oakland University. Dr. Krauss received his Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy Certification through the International Seminar of Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy in 1994. He completed his orthopedic residency training and earned his Graduate Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy through Oakland University in 1995. Dr. Krauss is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Dr. Krauss completed his PhD in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in 2005. Dr. Krauss has presented at the state, national, and international levels, authored and coauthored peer-reviewed papers, and authored and coauthored book chapters, Dr. Krauss primary research focuses on the efficacy of manual therapy and orthopedic intervention in the management of spinal and extremity disorders across the lifespan.
