Apply to be a Hometown Grizzly

What is it?
Hometown Grizzlies are current Oakland University students who volunteer at admissions events and return to their hometown high schools or community colleges. By sharing their stories, they indirectly influence student recruitment by providing information about their OU college experience.

Why do it?
As a Hometown Grizzly you can give back to your school and help enhance your student experience. Through the program you will gain the experience of working with a professional office on campus, while also receiving an official Hometown Grizzlies shirt and other great student perks!

Attend an Info Session
Information sessions take place from 6 - 6:30 p.m. in the Undergraduate Admissions Welcome Center, located in North Foundation Hall.
