Graham Health Center

Graham Health Center will be CLOSED for the holiday break. We will be closed starting Tuesday, December 23, 2021 at 5 p.m., reopening Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 8 a.m.

TESTING LOCATION CHANGE:
Our on campus testing partner, HELIX Diagnostics, will be relocating to the Oakland Center. Effective Monday, December 6, 2021 testing will be conducted at the Oakland Center seating area between The Market convenience store and the Oakland Center Food Court. All other conditions for weekly testing will remain the same, including:

  • Testing is offered by appointment only from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Appointments can be made after completing the online registration and consent form. Individuals tested on campus are asked not to upload results to Graham Health Center, as results are sent directly from the laboratory.
  • A link for test scheduling will be provided once the form is submitted.
  • Tests can be conducted at off-campus locations.
  • Test should be scheduled no less than 5 days and no more than nine days apart.

The last week for testing during the Fall 2021 semester will be December 6-10 for students and December 13-17 for faculty and staff. Testing will resume for the Winter 2022 semester on Tuesday, January 4.

Staying Safe for the Holidays
  • Protect those not yet eligible for vaccination such as young children by getting yourself and other eligible people around them vaccinated.
  • Wear well-fitting masks over your nose and mouth if you are in public indoor settings if you are not fully vaccinated.
  • Even those who are fully vaccinated should wear a mask in public indoor settings in communities with substantial to high transmission.
  • Outdoors is safer than indoors.
  • Avoid crowded, poorly ventilated spaces.
  • If you are sick or have symptoms, don’t host or attend a gathering.
  • Get tested if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have a close contact with someone who has COVID-19.

COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for Winter 2022

  • If you haven't already done so, please upload your completed COVID-19 vaccine record by December 13. If you've already uploaded your vaccine status, you do NOT need to do it again. To learn more about uploading vaccination status, visit the patient portal instructions page.
  • The exemption process for students is reviewed by the Dean of Students office. More information for students can be found on the Dean of Students website. Please see the specific exemption forms for additional information.
