Affiliate Tee Times
Registered 2025 Affiliates may book their tee time online. You must create an online profile through ClubCaddie prior to booking your first tee time. ClubCaddie is entirely cloud-based, simple to use and built by golf industry professionals. ClubCaddie accepts any combination of credit card, gift card, customer awards and more. Tee times may be made 7 days in advance. If you have to cancel your tee time, it must be done 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges. If you have questions regarding your booking or ClubCaddie, please contact the Golf Shop at (248) 364-6300.
Only Affiliates have access to tee times on Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday before 3 p.m. Online tee times can only be made by registered 2025 Affiliates. OU faculty, staff and students may only book tee times in person, or by calling the Golf Shop. You may call the Golf Shop at (248) 364-6300 to book a tee time.
