Welcome to the ESL Center!
The English as a Second Language (ESL) Center at Oakland University offers an intensive program to improve students' skills in English and to help each student reach his or her English language proficiency goals. The courses are designed to embrace the main areas of ESL education: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Courses are offered to meet the needs of all language proficiency levels, from beginning through advanced. Our courses are offered to international students, the general public, business professionals and their families.
