LDI is built on a belief that leadership development works best when industry and academia do it together — not in separate rooms.

Sponsoring companies are a key part of the LDI model, with flexible options for engagement that align with their level of sponsorship. Organizations can contribute in several ways, from offering a real business challenge they are seeking to solve for case studies to involving their own employees as participants alongside Oakland University students. In addition to shaping the learning experience, sponsors benefit from direct access to a strong pipeline of Oakland University student talent.

LDI is currently supported by Leader Foundry, which contributes $20,000 per semester to fund scholarships and student awards. Corporate sponsorship opportunities for Year 1 are now available.
