Ambassadors
The LDI Ambassadors Program is led by former cohort members who have experienced the Leadership Development Institute firsthand and are committed to strengthening the experience for future participants. Drawing on their own journeys through the program, ambassadors bring insight, credibility and a strong sense of ownership to their roles.
Ambassadors play an integral part in the ongoing success and evolution of LDI. They actively support program operations, assist with planning and execution of key activities and contribute to a seamless experience for each cohort. Their involvement also includes the selection process, where they participate in interviews and help identify prospective participants who demonstrate strong leadership potential and alignment with LDI values.
Beyond operations, ambassadors serve as mentors and peer guides throughout the program cycle. They provide encouragement and help current participants navigate challenges and maximize their growth. This peer-to-peer connection enhances the sense of community within LDI.
This role also represents the next stage of their own leadership development. By teaching, modeling and reinforcing leadership principles, they deepen their understanding while contributing to the program’s long-term impact. The Ambassadors Program not only sustains the quality of LDI but also cultivates a network of engaged leaders.
