Residence hall students must
select a meal plan, which is included in the total cost for room and board.

Ann V. Nicholson Student Apartments
Student apartment costs include all utilities as well as basic cable television. Residents of the student apartments are not required to select a meal plan, but may choose to do so if they wish to eat regularly at the many dining facilities on Oakland University's campus.

George T. Matthews Student Apartments
Residents living in the student apartments are billed
monthly for their housing costs, which include all utilities as well as

Payment Plan
Oakland University offers a Payment Plan. The OU Payment Plan is designed to assist students and their families in meeting their financial obligation to the university. The payment plan is available for the fall, winter and summer semesters.
