This funding is controlled by the University Research Committee (URC) and is provided to faculty through the faculty contract. The Research Office provides administrative support for this program. Details are provided below.

Faculty Research Fellowship	$10,000	Third Monday of October	For 15-week period of full-time research, typically in summer
Faculty Research Grant	$2,000	Third Monday of March	For research support (pilot projects, data purchase, travel, equipment, etc.)
Faculty Research Excellence Award Nomination	$2,500	Fourth Monday of November	Award based on research accomplishments and contributions to field; eligible departments rotate
Faculty New Investigator Research Excellence Award	$1,500	Fourth Monday of November	To recognize junior faculty; all non-tenured assistant professors are eligible
Meadow Brook Hall Research Conference Award	$3,000	Fourth Monday of November	To support a faculty research conference
Faculty President’s Colloquium Series Award	$1,000	Last day of March	To support a colloquium to showcase faculty research at OU
Faculty Books, Reprints, Page Charge Reimbursement	$1,000	No deadline	To reimburse faculty for purchase of copies of their books, page charges required by journals, and article reprints
