Leadership Consultants

Leadership Consultants gain leadership experience by serving as facilitators, mentors, teachers and organizational consultants for leadership and service opportunities. Leadership consultants are soft skill developers, and help student organizations increase their soft skill competency through free consultations. Please schedule all consultations two weeks in advance. Leadership Consultants:

  • act as ambassadors for the OSI by facilitating and assisting in events hosted by the Leadership and Volunteer Center.
  • serve students through involvement consultations, helping them to discern what to get involved in based off of individual passion and career choice.
  • present tailored workshops centered around leadership philosophy, creating LinkedIn profiles, understanding the importance of service-learning, team building activities and communication skills.
  • serve student organizations by offering personality assessments, career skills, and team building activities. Based off of individual need, Leadership Consultants offer personalized presentations for student organizations.

For more information, visit the Office for Student Involvement, or contact Jeremy Heinlein.
