The Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine Technology Support team – Adam Gordon, Fred Haydon, Faye Luman and Sal Trupiano – provides computer hardware, software and audio-visual support for OUWB medical students, faculty, and staff members. The team is located in the Center for Medical Student Services at Suite 216 O’Dowd Hall.
Request Support
To request IT support, please use one of the following three options. For audio-visual support requests, a ticket should be submitted at least one week prior to the event to ensure coverage.
