Need Support

MENTAL HEALTH

Understanding what distress looks like in the Oakland University community, knowing when and where to find help, and learning effective responses when mental health concerns arise is a community responsibility.

The OU campus community is working together to:

  • Raise our awareness of available care.
  • Promote healthy practices and preventative care strategies.
  • Provide members of the OU community with knowledge and skills to support peers in need.
  • Connect the OU community to the resources and information necessary to encourage a culture of self-care.
