On campus amenities include a Recreation Center, the Oakland Center, Meadow Brook Hall, and the Meadow Brook Amphitheater.

Summer 2026 Intern Housing

Oakland University is excited to provide Summer Intern Housing in 2026. 

• Official dates to be determined - available mid-May through early August, with flexible arrival and departure dates
• There is a minimum 30-night stay required for intern housing
• Pricing to be released in January 2026
• All interns will live in the Ann V. Nicholson Apartments
  • Four bedroom, two bathroom apartments
  • Fully furnished and air-conditioned
  • Full kitchen and washer/dryer in each unit
• Wi-Fi, parking, and recreation center access are all included
• Interns rent by the bedroom, not the entire apartment
  • No requirement to find additional intern roommates, we can do the matching for you
  • Matching based on multiple priorities, including requested roommates, gender, and employer
• On-campus dining available
• No family units are available, this is for individual interns only

Oakland University we will begin sending out Summer 2026 Intern Housing contracts in January 2026.
