Emily Olling

Emily Olling is a Talent Acquisition Partner at General Motors with responsibility for Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering early career talent. Previous to her position at General Motors, Emily spent 9 years at Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles), where she held multiple positions in HR.

Prior to her career, Emily developed a passion for human resources while earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from the School of Business as well as minors in Spanish Language and Biology. Shortly after starting her career at Chrysler, Emily completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

In 2020, Emily was named one of OU’s 10 Within 10 Award recipients, which is an award program that recognizes young alumni who have made an exceptional impact within their profession and throughout their community. Additionally, she was named one of Oakland County’s 40 under 40 in 2017 which recognizes young professionals and leaders who excel in their field and have dynamic leadership.

Emily is married and just welcomed her first child, and future Grizzly, in August 2022. You will likely run into her (and her 6 alumni siblings) at various OU Alumni events – Homecoming and Mackinac Island are two favorites!
