Book Affiliate Tee Times

Registered 2026 Affiliates may book their tee time online. You must create an online profile through ClubCaddie prior to booking your first tee time. ClubCaddie is entirely cloud-based, simple to use and built by golf industry professionals. ClubCaddie accepts any combination of credit card, gift card, customer awards and more. Tee times may be made 7 days in advance (please see below for more information regarding tee times). If you have to cancel your tee time, it must be done 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Tee Time Priority

To provide clear access and priority based on affiliate level, tee time reservations are structured as follows:

Platinum Affiliates - May reserve 1 tee time, up to 14 days (2 weeks) in advance.

Gold Affiliates - May reserve 1 tee time, up to 7 days (1 week) in advance. 

Silver Affiliates - May reserve 1 tee time, up to 7 days (1 week) in advance. 

This structure ensures that all affiliates have priority access to our courses while recognizing the enhanced privileges that come with each affiliate level.

Online tee times can only be made by registered 2026 Affiliates. OU faculty, staff and students may only book tee times in person, or by calling the Golf Shop. OU faculty, staff and students must play after 2 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You may call the Golf Shop at (248) 364-6300 to book a tee time.
