Strategic Projects

In our journey to continuously improve processes and services for the campus, the Office of Finance and Administration has the following strategic projects underway: 

• Reimagine Budget – Anaplan Budget Replacement
• • Objective: Implementation of Anaplan, a planning and modeling software solution that facilitates more transparent, collaborative processes including budget development as well as other reporting and planning initiatives.      
• Reimagine Campus – Campus Master Plan
• • Objective: Create a plan to support OU’s strategic vision and objectives with a clear and flexible framework for long and short term planning of campus building, infrastructure and community.
• Reimagine Travel and Expenses – Concur Implementation
• • Objective: Implement Concur, a streamlined, electronic travel and expense management system with reporting capabilities.
• Reimagine Purchasing – Multi-year Process Improvement
• • Implement annual improvements to the Purchasing process, evolving to a new Purchasing system by FY27.
