Strategic Projects
In our journey to continuously improve processes and services for the campus, the Office of Finance and Administration has the following strategic projects underway:
- Reimagine Budget – Anaplan Budget Replacement

- Objective: Implementation of Anaplan, a planning and modeling software solution that facilitates more transparent, collaborative processes including budget development as well as other reporting and planning initiatives.
- Reimagine Campus – Campus Master Plan

- Objective: Create a plan to support OU’s strategic vision and objectives with a clear and flexible framework for long and short term planning of campus building, infrastructure and community.
- Reimagine Travel and Expenses – Concur Implementation

- Objective: Implement Concur, a streamlined, electronic travel and expense management system with reporting capabilities.
- Reimagine Purchasing – Multi-year Process Improvement

- Implement annual improvements to the Purchasing process, evolving to a new Purchasing system by FY27.
