Support Services

Our support services team is available to help with all of e-Learning and Instructional Support’s supported software and tools. Whether that means immediate help with a Moodle problem or support-in-residence programs, we have the resources you need to effectively use our software and technology to enhance your online classes.

If you need to reach our help desk, we have several ways to do that. Refer to our How to Get Help? page for important phone numbers, links and the hours our help desk technicians are available.

Services Available

e-LIS Outreach - Through a support-in-residence program, the Support Services team can identify the greatest areas of need within schools and departments. The team will visit regularly to meet with faculty and staff, present micro-workshops and be in a place that makes it easy for the faculty and staff to ask questions and get tips and information. For more information, email [email protected].

Tech Tools, Labs and Rooms - We have resources such as a virtual reality lab and a Lightboard for creating videos as well as learning labs and meeting rooms available.

Course Evaluations - e-LIS oversees the course evaluation programs for several academic areas. Resources for course evaluations in these areas are available from this page.
