David Kramer, of Bloomfield Hills, is the founding principal of Gemini Risk Partners. Mr. Kramer previously served as the senior vice president of Oswald Companies and vice president of Alliant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University. Mr. Kramer is the president of Hebrew Free Loan of Metropolitan Detroit and a board member with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit and the Detroit Jewish News Foundation. Mr. Kramer is appointed for a term commencing December 6, 2021 and expiring August 11, 2024. He succeeds Tonya Allen who has resigned.
