Lizabeth A. Barclay specializes in the areas of workplace discrimination, labor relations, self-efficacy and teaching methods. She has published in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Human Relations, HR Magazine, Public Personnel Management, and the Journal of Teaching International Business. She is also certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
