Lockdown has been lifted except for Van Wagoner

The police department feels that it is safe to return to normal operations. The campus lockdown is lifted, with the exception of Van Wagoner.

- Clothing: Black North Face jacket
- Footwear: White shoes
- Suspect Mode of Travel: By Vehicle
- Suspect Vehicle: Dark colored SUV
- Suspect 2 Information:
- Sex: Male
- Age: Early 20s
- Complexion: Dark
- Hair Style: Curly hair
- Clothing: Camo jacket with a black hood
- Footwear: Black shoes
- Suspect Mode of Travel: By Vehicle
- Suspect Vehicle: Dark colored SUV
Victim, who was not a student, suffered multiple stab wounds and was transported to McLaren.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT INFORMATION
If you are the victim of an aggravated assault:
- Seek medical attention as needed.
- Report it to the OUPD.
To help reduce the risk of an assault:
- Be aware of verbal and body language indicating an escalating conflict.
- Be cognizant of your personal space to allow yourself time to react.
- Disengage from conflict whenever possible and get to a place of safety.
- De-escalate a conflict, if possible, by remaining calm, listening and speaking respectfully, and explaining that you understand the point of view being expressed.
