Transcripts
Until further notice, all official transcript requests will be required to be submitted through the National Student Clearinghouse; however, if you need a hard copy, transcript requests will be processed and mailed out twice a week . Please fill out the Transcript Request Form and either email to trnscrpt@oakland.edu or fax to (248) 370-2586. Delays in mail delivery may occur due to the US Postal service experiencing an unprecedented volume increase and limited employee availability from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- If you attended prior to 1987, please email your request form to trnscrpt@oakland.edu. Requests for pre-1987 transcripts may take longer to process.
- If you are a Continuing Education student, please email the request form to trnscrpt@oakland.edu. Continuing education transcripts typically take up to 10 business days to process and may take longer based on your last date of attendance/graduation date.

Unofficial transcripts
You may continue to print an unofficial transcript through MySAIL. Simply:
- Log into your MySAIL account (using your NetID and password).
- Select Student Services and then Student Records.
- Click on Account Summary.
- Select Academic Transcripts.
