Engagement Opportunities

The Corporate and Foundation Relations team at Oakland University fosters meaningful engagement with businesses by connecting them to OU’s student talent, faculty expertise and research resources.

Companies can recruit students—OU’s greatest resource--for full-time positions or internships, or engage with them via capstone projects and student professional organizations. 

Companies can support OU faculty and their research through gifts or sponsored projects, participate in affiliate programs and partner with OU researchers on federal grant proposals. 

Companies can connect with OU’s experts and resources through faculty consulting and professional education. Companies can also gain brand exposure through sponsorship marketing opportunities. 

Companies can engage in volunteer opportunities, where professionals can contribute their time through guest lectures, advisory board membership, or student group mentorship and interaction.
