DAVID STRUBLER, PH.D.

David Strubler, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership. His research interests include intercultural communication, teamwork, leadership and ethics, lean management, and human resource development. He holds degrees in organizational communication, management, and biology. He is a former dean and associate vice president at two small private colleges in addition to holding various management roles in the automotive industry. In his early career, he designed and directed a non-profit wilderness program for disadvantaged youth. He has climbed more than 25 peaks in the U.S. and is a graduate of four mountaineering schools. His avocation is the arts including, painting, music, film production, and concert and art gallery event management.
