Music Faculty - Oakland University Music

Oakland University has outstanding full-time music faculty, coming from universities and conservatories such as Curtis Institute of Music, Eastman School of Music, Harvard University, Indiana University, Kansas City Conservatory, Oakland University, Stanford University, University of Illinois, University of Michigan, University of Texas-Austin, University of Wisconsin-Madison, West Virginia University, and Wayne State University. In addition to strong academic credentials, many are successful performers who balance teaching with artistic endeavors. Many also perform regularly with professional groups such as the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and Michigan Opera Theatre.
