Black Employee Resource Group Welcome

On behalf of the Black Employee Resource Group (B-ERG) executive team, I bring you greetings! I hope you had a wonderful summer and arrived to campus, post-Labor Day, excited about the new opportunities each academic year brings. Over the past month, the B-ERG executive team has met and discussed the best ways the organization can make a positive impact in the lives of university employees. We have decided that this academic year, the organization will focus on offering support that leads to the development of knowledge and building skills that lead to personal and career enhancement.

I thank you for your continued interest in the B-ERG. I also encourage and challenge you to make this the year you step up your B-ERG participation level. We need you!
