Leigh Dzwik joined the Office of Academic Affairs in August 2002 as the Coordinator of Faculty Human Resources. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President for Academic Human Resources in January of 2008. Prior to Oakland University, she worked in the Human Resource function for companies such as Textron Automotive, Automotive Composites Company (a division of Raybestos), and The Classic Companies.
Ms. Dzwik serves on many University committees including the Human Resources Advisory Council, Academic Affairs Administrative Operations Group, Banner Operations Group, Risk Council, Threat Assessment Council, Administrative Council, and Academic Council. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University, Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership from Oakland University.

Janine DeWitte joined the Academic Human Resources Department as an Intern in January 2008 and became a permanent member of the team in February 2009. She is an Oakland University graduate, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development. Primary responsibilities include administration of the PeopleAdmin system and assistance with faculty hiring, faculty leave administration (FMLA, sick, sabbatical, and non-paid leaves of absence), providing assistance with data requests and reporting, and other HR generalist-type duties.

Janet Tull joined the Academic Affairs/Provost staff in May, 2000. She manages the faculty payroll services, faculty personnel files, faculty tuition waiver benefit, and assists with faculty reporting and campus requests for faculty data. Janet first came to Oakland University in March of 1995 and has worked in the offices of Project Upward Bound and the School of Nursing Continuing Education and Advising Offices.
