Oakland University Black Employee Resource Group (B-ERG)

Mission Statement
To provide resources which lead to personal and professional development, retention and career advancement for Oakland University Black faculty and staff.

Welcome from the President
Welcome back to Oakland University! We are ready for a brand new academic year. With it, it brings new opportunities for growth and excellence as we broaden our reach at Oakland University and the neighboring community. This year, the Black Employee Resource Group (B-ERG) is all about involvement and engagement.

The executive board is looking to our membership to tell us what you are expecting from B-ERG. We want to help bring great ideas and programs to life that will cultivate your professional development and enhance your personal lives. Each opportunity and program our organization holds can make an impact in your experiences here, but we need you to make it all take place. We encourage you to get involved with us this year and find out what we are all about. We value your input in carrying out the vision set before us.

Together we can all achieve more!
