Oakland University’s Online MBA program earned the No. 45 spot on The Princeton Review’s list of the Top 50 Online MBA Programs for 2027.
The School of Business Administration was also named one of The Princeton Review’s Best Business Schools for 2027 and included among its Best On-Campus MBA Programs.
This recognition reflects the strength of Oakland University’s graduate business offerings across both online and on-campus formats.
“This recognition from The Princeton Review is a tremendous honor," said Dr. Chuck Pierce, dean of Oakland University's School of Business Administration. “The top-50 ranking is a testament that our programs are among the nation’s best, preparing students to be leaders and innovators across a wide range of dynamic and diverse business environments.”
The ranking is based on more than 60 data points, including information on the program's admissions, selectivity, faculty training and credentials, technology infrastructure, graduation rates and career outcomes of graduates, as well as other topics.
Students were asked to rate their program's academics, professors, technology, student body and other topics, and to report on their satisfaction with the program and their career plans.
The Princeton Review is an educational services company known for its test prep resources, tutoring, admissions services, and dozens of annual rankings of colleges and graduate schools. It has published its rankings of top on-campus MBA programs since 2004 and top online MBA programs since 2015.
