Celebrate International Womxn's Day event today
There will be an International Womxn's Day lunch and learn today at Noon in the Gold Rooms of the Oakland Center to kick of Women's History month slate of events.

This year Oakland University is celebrating International Womxn's Day with the theme of Celebrating Womxn Who Tell Our Stories.

There will be a lunch and learn today at Noon in the Gold Rooms of the Oakland Center. Attendees can take part in a game of Jeopardy, earn small prizes and learn about women trailblazers, inventors, and other fun facts.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) will have informational tables so that anyone who attends can see themselves represented and supported.

Wednesday, March 8 - OU Womxn’s History Kickoff celebrating International Womxn’s Day

Noon-1 p.m., Gold Rooms, Oakland Center

Featuring Dr. Stephanie Lee; DEI Employee Resource Groups and the chance to play Womxn’s Jeopardy.

Bring your own lunch. Beverages and sweets provided.
