Lean Leadership is a critical need in the workplace. Oakland University, the home of the Pawley Lean Institute, offers three ground-breaking approaches to Lean Leadership development:
- The Lean Leadership Graduate Certificate
- The Lean Leadership Cognate for an Ed.D. in Leadership
- Adult continuing education programs in Lean Leadership.
These programs provide White, Green and Black Belt certifications in Lean Leadership and advanced Graduate and Doctoral options.
