During the month of March schools once again celebrated Reading Month. At Universal Academy, guests were invited to read to students as the school looked to promote reading for all. Mrs. Nawal Hamadeh, who is the Founder & Chairman Emeritus Executive of Universal Academy, visited Kindergarteners along with first and second grade students where they participated in an exciting interactive reading session. As Mrs. Hamadeh read to the students, they learned all about healthy foods, recipes for pizza, ingredients that are found in foods and their origin. Students also discovered how to make good friends and value their help. The reading time was an enjoyable one for students as they were delighted to have Mrs. Hamadeh as a guest reader and hope that she will visit them again for another great reading experience.
