2020 tax forms now available online

W-2 and 1095-C forms can be downloaded immediately rather than waiting for hard copies sent via the U.S. Postal Service

Faculty and staff are advised that 2020 tax forms W-2 and 1095-C are now available to download electronically through SAIL. All are encouraged to take advantage of this faster and more convenient option for obtaining needed tax forms and can do so using the instructions below.

Consent instructions:

  1. Log in to SAIL
  2. Click Employee, Choose Tax Forms
  3. Choose Electronic Regulatory Consent, Check the "MyChoice" Consent Boxes, Submit
  4. Please note that if you made this choice last year, you do not have to do it again.

Form W-2 viewing and printing instructions:

  1. Log in to SAIL
  2. Click Employee, Choose Tax Forms; then W-2 Year End Earnings Statement
  3. Select the Tax Year, Click Display
  4. View your Form W-2
  5. Click Printable W-2 to print the form. SAIL will ask for your username and password to access the printable version of the form.

Form 1095-C viewing and printing instructions (available only to full-time, benefits eligible employees).

  1. Log in to SAIL
  2. Click Employee, Choose Tax Forms; then 1095 Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Statement.
  3. Select the Tax Year, Click Display
  4. View your Form 1095-C
  5. Click the Printable 1095-C button in the bottom left hand corner to access a printable version of the form. SAIL will ask for your username and password to access the printable version of the form.
