On-Campus Housing

Matthews Court Townhomes:
OUWB students who would like to live on-campus will live in the Matthews Court Townhomes.  The two-bedroom Matthews Court Townhomes are partially furnished, including a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in the kitchen; a couch and end-table in the living room; and a dresser, desk, and twin bed in each bedroom.  The cost of the townhome includes all of your utilities, laundry access (there are two laundry facilities for the townhomes), cable television, and wireless internet.  And of course, all parking on the campus of Oakland University is free.  Each townhome accommodates two medical students.

Housing costs are determined in June 2015.  Please contact University Housing for more information at the number listed below.

Contracts and Move-in:
Contracts are available online at  You will need your Grizzly ID number to access the online contract system.  Contracts for the 2015-2016 academic year must be signed no later than July 1, 2015.  Move-in is available beginning August 1, 2015.
