Dr. Cynthia LedfordDr. Ledford is a clinician educator with more than 20 years of experience. Using outcomes and competency-based design, she has developed assessments and program evaluations to help accelerate and guide learning in the MD curriculum.  Over the course of her career as physician educator, she has developed innovative methods and outcome measures related to teaching clinical reasoning and lifelong learning as well as professionalism and professional identity formation. Dr. Ledford has contributed to online and practical, just-in-time faculty development resources for busy clinicians such as Teaching Medical Students in the Ambulatory Setting and FacultyDevelopment4MedicalEducators (FD4ME).
