Honors College Pre-College Experience Program

Upcoming Dates (TBD)

A pre-college prep program, the Honors College Spring Experience at Oakland University is a program that will provide honors-bound high school students the opportunity to discover what it is like to be in an honors college. This fun program features not only faculty but also Honors College upperclassmen who will work with you throughout the day.

  • Learn about the benefits of joining an Honors College
  • Take the opportunity to complete an Honors project
  • Talk with an Honors College dean, faculty, and students
  • Discover what it’s like to be in the top five percent of college undergraduates in the nation

The Honors College Spring Experience is designed for pre-college students - high school student who will be entering their sophomore or junior year next fall - with a 3.7 GPA or higher, or those who are likely to achieve a result in that academic range but who come with strong recommendations from teachers.
