  • All students are required to take a MUSIC THEORY PLACEMENT exam given on your selected audition date.
  • A resume describing your training and performance experience is required with the submission of this form.
  • Please review the MUSIC AUDITION GUIDELINES on our web site, www.oakland.edu/music for guidance in preparing for your audition.
Your file will remain incomplete and your requested date for audition will not be confirmed until all of the required information has been submitted. You will receive detailed written confirmation approximately 3-weeks prior to the audition date selected. Registration continues until all spots are filled.
