Walk-in and Group Training

As we continue to modify our work arrangements due to COVID-19, we are not offering walk-in or in-person options until we are safely able to do so. When we return, e-LIS will again offer the following specialized training options.

  • Walk-in Training
    e-LIS has a faculty lab with multiple computers - feel free to stop by during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) if you have a question and someone on staff will be happy to help you.

  • Group Training
    We offer training for all of our Supported Software Tools to groups of students or faculty. Typically, the purpose of this training is to orient your students/faculty in the use of a particular technology (Moodle, Zoom, Google Drive, and more.). We can either come to you, or you can bring your group to our Learning Lab in Kresge Library. Please contact us at 248-805-1625 or online@oakland.edu to get started.
