Macomb-OU Incubator to kick off its "Lunch & Launch" lecture series

      Sterling Heights, Mich. - Dedicated to assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs on paths to success, the Macomb-Oakland University INCubator is launching Lunch & Launch lecture series. Headlining the inaugural event on Thursday, Feb. 9, will be nationally recognized speaker David Murray, director of social media for Moncur Associates.

     A marketing and digital communications strategist who has presented at events including BlogWorld, unGeeked and TEDx, Murray is the founder of Social Media Club Detroit and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and David Meerman Scott's book, "The New Rules of PR and Marketing." He plans to use his expertise to help Lunch & Launch attendees demystify social media.

     Admission to the lecture, set for noon to 1 p.m. at the Macomb-OU INCubator, is free and open to the general public. It will include a question and answer period and lunch will be provided.
