New web-based tool makes searches easy at Kresge Library
Oakland University’s Kresge Library has launched a new search tool to help users locate information quickly and easily. The web-based tool, Library OneSearch, uses a single search box to comb through many of the library’s resources, including the catalog and library databases. Search results will have materials ranked according to relevance, regardless of their format.

Library OneSearch is based on agreements with many scholarly content publishers to allow access to full-text articles. While many databases provide this service, Library OneSearch pulls them all together and enables users to locate full-text articles through one search box. Users can also expand their search to include materials located outside Kresge Library and can obtain those items through the interlibrary loan service.

To utilize Library OneSearch, visit the Kresge Library homepage at library.oakland.edu.
