PRESS RELEASE: OSH FULL-TIME ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR HIRED
The Oakland University Occupational Safety & Health Program is pleased to announce that Patrick R. Frazee has joined the OSH program faculty as a full-time adjunct instructor. Mr. Frazee has a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Industrial Health from the University of Michigan and has taught part-time in the OSH program for 19 years. Over this time his performance reviews as an instructor have been outstanding. He is currently teaching both in the classroom and online. He is familiar with the ABET accreditation review process and is currently actively involved in mapping OSH course learning objectives to established ABET student learning outcomes. In addition, Patrick is a member of the OSH Industry Advisory Board that is actively involved in evaluation of student learning outcomes and longer-range educational objectives required of the OSH program to meet ABET accreditation criteria. His 37 years of safety and health management experience at General Motors coupled with his certification as safety professional and as an industrial hygienist make Mr. Frazee the ideal candidate to support continuous improvement of the Oakland University OSH program.
