The law firm of Frasco Caponigro Wineman & Scheible, PLLC, expanded its legal staff by hiring Roy Luttmann, Esq., as a partner to establish a new Estate Planning practice at the Bloomfield-Hills based.
Luttmann joined the firm in January 2011 after serving as an equity partner and member of the board at the law firm of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton. Luttmann, who lives in Birmingham, Mich., was born in Guatemala and speaks fluent Spanish. He is frequently used by the media, and as a guest speaker, on the topics of personal-estate and business-succession planning. He earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from Detroit College of Law. He also is a graduate of Oakland University’s School of Business Administration Certified Financial Planning program.
“Christian Hauser (named partner at the same time) and Roy Luttmann are two outstanding attorneys, who are highly regarded by clients and in the legal community,” said John Caponigro, managing partner of the firm. “They also are high-quality people with whom clients and others greatly enjoy working.”
