Michael Long
Associate Professor and Chair of Human Resource Development
Michael Long serves as chair of the Department of Human Resource Development and is the academic coordinator of the labor and employment studies minor. He presents each course from a labor/management neutral point of view and speaks in terms of employment rights and responsibilities as they apply to all employees.
In realization of the evolving nature of the labor/management/employment environment, Long concentrates on universally held principles and their application to the current employment environment.
He brings to the classroom his skills and expertise as a lawyer, honored labor/employment relations neutral and an experienced instructor.
