Meadow Brook Art Gallery to host puppetry exhibit
Meadow Brook Art Gallery will host the Detroit Institute of Arts' exhibit, "Punch's Progress: A Century of American Puppetry," from January 12 through February 25.
The exhibition traces the changing face of American puppetry from 1850 to 1950.
The art gallery is located at 208 Wilson Hall on the campus of Oakland University. Admission is free and open to all age groups. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, noon-5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 1-5:30 p.m. For more information call (248) 370-3005.
