New Hire Paperwork
Please print, complete, and bring to your first orientation. This is usually on your first day over in 430 Wilson Hall. Please verify with Kim Crawford at (248) 370-3489.
In addition, you MUST bring:
Identification and employment eligibility documents - (Please see the last page of the I-9 document for acceptable types of identification)
Social security card - We will need to see your original social security card to verify that we
are entering your name onto our payroll records exactly as you are
known by the IRS.
Banking information for direct deposit - We need either a voided check or a letter from your bank on their
letterhead with your name, account number and routing number.

You will receive a packet of information about your benefits on your first day, and will be attending a Benefits Orientation soon after you start. Please review the following information as it relates to your new position. Please print and fill out the enrollment forms ahead of time to save time.
