Historical timeline of the SECS
The SECS Research Review for 2007-8 has been postponed until April 2008. A number of mini research reviews will be scheduled during the Fall and Winter Semesters. Presentations to Managers to TARDEC is tentatively scheduled for mid October 2007. SECS Department chairs will disseminate further information as more mini-reviews are scheduled.

Summer Institute in Bioengineering and Health Informatics
The OU Board of Trustees in their June meeting approved two new programs in SECS. Both the Ph D in Computer Science and Informatics (Ph.D CSI) and the multi-disciplinary undergraduate program in Engineering Biology are now accepting applications for Fall 2007. The Engineering Biology program is a joint degree with the Department of Biological Science in the OU College of Arts and Science.
