- Michigan Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE) College Undergraduate Scholarship
- Michigan Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE) Graduating High School Seniors Scholarship
- Ashdown Scholarship. Open to students with G.P.A. of 3.0 and above. Extra curricular activities, including membership in professional organization, community service, etc. $3,000.
- Society of Women Engineers. Open to undergraduate & graduate students majoring in ME or ECE and are members of the Society of Women Engineers. Undergraduate GPA greater than 3.5. Graduate GPA: 3.7. Good communication + leadership skills, as well as community involvement. $3,000.
- DeVlieg Scholarships. Awarded annually to both undergraduates and graduate students by the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Required GPA of 3.0+ and involvement in extracurricular activities. Full time graduate students will be eligible for higher scholarship amounts. These scholarships are based in amounts ranging from $1,000 - $5,000.
- NHK International Scholarship. This endowed scholarship of $2,000 is awarded to a full-time SECS graduate or undergraduate student whose GPA is a minimum of 3.2 and who has demonstrated professionalism, the ability to collaborate with others and a potential to contribute to the quality of academic and student life.
Macomb University Center Programs
Oakland University's School of Engineering and Computer Science offers bachelor's degree programs at the Macomb University Center in Clinton Township. Through a partnership with Macomb Community College, students can complete the last two years of coursework leading to an Oakland University bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
