Achieving Literacy Success for Students K-12:  Institute for Administrators and School Teams

Dynamic and innovative district leaders, Bill Hogarth and Lyn Sharratt have achieved international acclaim for their data-driven successes in raising all students’ achievement in literacy in Kindergarten through grade 12. The institute, Achieving Literacy Success for Students K-12 is designed for Superintendents, District Leaders, Principals, Teacher Leaders, Curriculum/Literacy Leaders and School Teams.

Response to Intervention Symposium


In 2009 the Reading Recovery Center of Michigan hosted a Response to Intervention Symposium with keynote addresses by internationally renowned literacy experts, Dr. Richard Allington and Dr. Peter Johnston. The two day symposium also featured presentations by Reading Recovery Center faculty and area literacy leaders.
