-A permanent magnet sits between parallel metal rails which are connected to a galvanometer.
-Place the loose metal bar inside the magnet across the rails.
-Slide the bar down the rails a QUICKLY as possible.
-The effect is very small; the galvanometer deflection is slight.
-Move a single wire in and out of the horseshoe magnet .
-Make loops of 2, 3, 4, etc. and repeat.
-Move the magnet in and out of the coil connected to the galvanometer.
