Oakland University Student Congress is pleased to announce its newest addition: the Judicial Branch.  It has been long awaited and OUSC now has a "complete" student government including the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches.  This branch was approved by 60% of the student voters as a referendum on the election ballot in March of 2007.  On September 12, 2007, the university Board of Trustees gave their final "stamp" and approved this amendment to the constitution.

Below is the ratified section of the OUSC Constitution, as well as the document explaining this new branch.
